Learned State counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent / State. He prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file reply / objection to I.A. No.1.

Call for records.

Paper book be prepared in accordance with the High Court Rules and thereafter matter be listed along with paper book for hearing on application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

Meanwhile, certified copy of the impugned order be filed.

In view of the above, I.A. No.2, application for exemption from filing the certified copy of judgment dated 03.02.2021, stands disposed off.
