Looking to the fact that due to inadvertence, in this case notice has not been issued to the prosecutrix, the appellant was on bail during trial and even after pronouncement of the impugned judgment he has been granted bail by the trial Court for a limited period, the trial Court is directed to extend the benefit of the said bail to the appellant till the next date of hearing.
