Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the parties

have already settled their disputes, therefore, he seeks time to file

application under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC for passing the judgment and

decree on the basis of compromise and he would further submit that a

fixed date may be given so that the statements of the Senior Officer of the

appellant as well as respondent be recorded.

Prayer seems to be just and proper.
