Heard.

The present appeal is a repeat appeal of the same appellants

against the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence.

The earlier appeal filed is Cr.A. No.251 of 2022. The present appeal

being repeat appeal cannot continue, hence, it is disposed off.

Learned counsel appearing in this case is granted liberty

liberty to give his appearance in Cr.A. No.251 of 2022 along with

the counsel already appearing in aforesaid appeal.

Accordingly, this present appeal is disposed off.
