Heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned counsel for the appellant. Also
heard Mr. R.M. Solapurkar, learned Government Advocate appearing for
respondents No. 3 and 4 and Mr. Rishabh Singh Deo, learned counsel
appearing for respondent No. 5.
2. This appeal is presented by the respondent No. 9/ writ petitioner
against an interim order dated 14.12.2021 passed by the learned Single
Judge in Writ Petition (S) No. 6745 of 2021.
3. While posting the matter for consideration on 20.01.2022, learned
Single Judge provided that no action, pursuant to the order dated
25.10.2021, which is impugned in the writ petition, be taken till the next
date of hearing.
4. It is submitted by Mr. Solapurkar that return has been filed on behalf
of the State.
5. Since notice was issued to the respondents in the writ petition and
the interim order was passed only till the next date of hearing, we are not
inclined to entertain this writ appeal. Liberty is granted to the appellant to
file application for modification/alteration/vacation of the impugned order
dated 14.12.2021, if so advised.
6. The writ appeal stands disposed of.
