1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of
direction to respondents to grant arrears of revised pay scale
with interest 10% per annum.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the
petitioners were duly appointed as Shiksha Karmi and have
completed 8 years of service. The State Government has
granted revised pay scale to Teacher (Panchayat) w.e.f.
23.04.2016 at par with the regular teacher, but the petitioners'
claim has not been considered despite the order of this Court.
He would further submit that case of the petitioners is
squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in
Writ Petition (S) No. 2530 of 2017 & bunch of petitions
decided on 28.11.2017 in case of Mukesh Kumar Patel &
another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & another, therefore,
present petition may be disposed of with same terms and
condition.
3. Prayer seems to be just and proper.
4. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of. The
State is directed to examine case of the petitioners whether
petitioners' case is similar to Mukesh Kumar Patel (Supra)
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of
this order and on examination if it is found that the facts are
identical and the petitioners are entitled to be considered for
grant of revised pay scale, the same shall be released to the
petitioners within further period of six weeks.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant
petition stands disposed of.
