Heard Mr. B.P. Sharma, learned counsel for the appellants

alongwith Ms. Anuja Sharma. Also heard Mr. Palash Tiwari, learned

counsel, appearing for respondent No. 1 and Mr. Gagan Tiwari, learned

Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for respondents No. 2 & 3.

2. This appeal is presented against an order dated 28.06.2021 passed

by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition (S) No. 4965 of 2020 as well

as an order dated 09.08.2021 passed in Review Petition No. 111 of 2021.

3. Mr. Sharma submits that this appeal has been rendered

infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, the writ appeal is dismissed as

infructuous.
