                       Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

              challenge in this petition is to the appointment of Respondent No. 3

Raj Kumar Patel as Chairman of C.G. Rajya Shakamari Board who is

a convicted person under Section 304 (B) and 498 (A) which would be

evident from the judgment and order dated 27.05.2010 (Annexure P-

2).

Issue notice to respondents.

Shri Alok Bakshi, Addl. A.G. and Shri Ashish Tiwari, G.A.

appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2 & 4and

therefore process fee be paid for service on respondent No. 3 only.

Notices be made returnable within a period of 3 weeks.
