Appellant - Mithlesh Singh, who has been convicted under the impugned judgment, has filed two appeals. One through private counsel Shri Ram Narayan

Sahu and the other appeal through Legal Aid filed by Shri Santosh Bharat. We find that appeal filed by Shri Bharat is subsequent in point of time after filing of earlier Cr.A.No.266/2021. Therefore, Cr.A.No.327/2021 is disposed off with the observation that the appellant's appeal against conviction shall be heard in Cr.A.No.266/2021. However, considering that a counsel through Legal Aid has also been provided, we permit Shri Bharat to appear along with Ram Narayan Sahu in the pending Cr.A.No.266/2021 and argue on behalf of the appellant.
