None for respondent Nos.1 to 4, though respondent Nos.1 to 3 served. Heard on admission as well as on IA No.1, application for grant of interim relief.

Notice issued to respondent No.4 is still awaited. The registry is directed to verify as to whether the respondent No.4 has been served or not and if not, then the petitioner would be directed to pay fresh PF.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that defendant No.4 CSEB withdraw FA No.228/2011 vide order dated 10.10.2015 before the National Lok Adalat and undertook to satisfy the impugned judgment and decree.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and also considering the order of the National Lok Adalat, purely as an interim measure, the effect and operation of the decree passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Bemetara, District Durg in Civil Suit No.05B/09 shall remain stayed and no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners for execution of the said decree, till the next date of hearing. However, the decree holders are free to execute the decree against the defendant No.4 only.
Post the matter after 2 months.
