1) The present appeal i.e. CRA No. 1624 of 2021 and previously filed appeal CRA No. 1444 of 2021 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24.09.2021 passed by the Special Judge, NDPS Act, District- Kondagaon (C.G.) in Special Criminal Case (NDPS Act 1985) No. 34/2018. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No. 1444 of 2021 has been preferred by the same appellant namely Satpal through his counsel Shri Vikash Pradhan, Advocate whereas subsequent appeal i.e. CRA No. 1624 of 2021 is filed on behalf of same appellant through Vipin Singh Thakur, Advocate appointed by High Court Legal Services Committee. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal i.e. CRA No. 1624 of 2021 is disposed of as not maintainable.

2) List CRA No. 1444 of 2021 for hearing in its due course.

3) Registry is directed to publish the name of Shri Vipin Singh Thakur, Advocate with Shri Vikash Pradhan, Advocate as counsel for the appellant in the cause list.
