              common judgment and order is under challenge.

                    In all the appeals application has been filed under Order 41
              Rule 27 r/w Section 151 of C.P.C. for permission to produce
              additional evidence.

                    The respondent would be at liberty to file necessary reply. Both

the applications and the reply would be considered at the time of final hearing.

Delay in filing of the paper-book in FAM No. 47/2018 and FAM No. 44/2018 are condoned.
