Also heard on I.A. No.01/2021, an application for grant of Interim bail to the appellant.

By the impugned judgment dated 12.09.2019, passed by the Upper Sessions Judge, Raipur, District: Raipur (C.G.) in Session Trial No.219/2015, the appellant stands convicted under Section 506 (B) of IPC, U/s 307 of IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for 01 year with a fine Rs.500/-, RI for 10 years with a fine of Rs.2,000/- respectively with default stipulations.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is in jail, he is suffering from the medical illness and his hydrocele has increased, therefore, he is in urgent need of care and medical facilities, therefore, she prays that the appellant may be released on interim bail. Learned counsel for the state opposes the prayer.

For the reasons mentioned in I.A. No. 01/2021, the same is allowed.

It is directed that appellant be released on interim bail from the date of receipt of this order till 30.08.2021 on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- with two surety each of Rs.1,00,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. He shall positively surrender before the concerned Trial Court on 31.08.2021 at 11:00 A.M.
