The plaintiff has filed the present application being GA/7/2025 praying

for modification/clarification of the order passed by this Court dated 27 th

March, 2025 in CS/4/2025.

2. The counsel for the plaintiff submits that in paragraph 13 of the order

dated 27th March, 2025, this Court allowed the defendant no.2 to pay the

salaries of the employees as well as the purohit of the trust of his own

fund and to keep the accounts properly. The adjustment of the salaries of

the employees and the purohit, if any, paid by the defendant no.2, shall

be decided at the time of final hearing of the injunction application.

3. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the liberty given by this Court to

the defendant no.2 for payment of salaries to the employees and the

purohit shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the

parties.

4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, this

Court finds that if the order dated 27th March, 2025 is modified or

clarified, none of the parties will be prejudiced.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 27th March, 2025 is clarified only to the

effect that the salary, if any, paid by the defendant no.1 to the employees

and the purohit of the trust shall be without prejudice to the rights and

contentions of the parties.

6. In view of the above, GA/7/2025 is disposed of.
