1. Application being GA/3/2025 is for recalling of the order dated 25 th July,
2025 and application being GA/4/2026 is for condonation of delay in
presenting recalling application.
2. Respondents are represented by learned Advocates.
3. Having seen the explanation offered in paragraph 6 of the application, this
Court expresses satisfaction and the delay occurred in presenting recalling
application is condoned. Application being GA/4/2026 is allowed and
disposed of.
4. On perusal of the averments made in the application being GA/3/2025 it
appears that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from being
represented before this Court on the date when the writ petition stood
dismissed for default. Order dated 25th July, 2025 stands recalled. Writ
petition is restored to its original file and number. Application being
GA/3/2025 is allowed and disposed of.
5. Consequently, application being GA/1/2025 stands revived.
