submits that, the judgment and order dated June 3, 2021 was set aside by

the Hon'ble Supreme Court on January, 30, 2026 passed in (A2Z

INFRASERVICES LTD. & ANR. -Vs- QUIPPO INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. &

ANR.).

In view of the judgment and order dated June 3, 2021, violation of

which is complained of in this petition, being set aside by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court, no further order is needed to be passed in this contempt

petition.

CC/18/2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record for the alleged

contemnors to file their Vakalatnama by February 10, 2026.
