The Court:- GA/12/2026 is an application filed for recalling of the order

passed by this Court on 9.2.2026 whereby this Court refused to extend time to

file written statement and treated the suit as undefended against the

Defendant no. 7. Today, Mr. Dutt, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the

Defendant no. 7 filed this application. He submitted that his written statement

is ready to be filed.

Recalling the Order dated 9th February, 2026 for the ends of justice, it is

directed that written statement shall be filed on or before the returnable date

subject to payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- as directed under the previous

Order dated 9th February, 2026 and a further sum of Rs.25,000/-. Both the

money shall be deposited and paid to the High Court Legal Services Committee.

Copy of written station shall be served in advance to all the parties.

The matter will appear in the list on 9th March, 2026.

The Order dated 9th February, 2026 is accordingly recalled and

GA/12/2026 stands disposed of.
