The Learned Advocate representing the Joint Receivers has not yet

complied with the order dated 3rd September, 2024 in filing the affidavit-in-

opposition. The Joint Receivers are to file the affidavit in opposition prior to

the next date of hearing, failing which a cost of Rs. 50,000/- has to be

deposited at the office of the Member Secretary, State Legal Services

Authority.
