The Court:- A copy of the application was served on Mr. Steven S.

Biswas, the recorded advocate for the plaintiffs. Records reveal that the

trustees have already fallen apart. There is a split amongst the trustees

post-filing of the suit. Out of nine trustees on one side six trustees who were

left out of the suit have made an application for being added as parties to the

proceedings, on the other side the 7th trustee is continuing as the plaintiff.

The two other trustees, namely, Mohit Lall Seal and Malay Lall Seal are on

the other side being the applicants herein.

A copy of the application has been served on Amrit Sinha, learned

advocate having his office at Room No. 6, 8 Old Post Office Street, Ground

Floor, Kolkata - 700 001, who is representing the six trustees in course of

hearing. The matter is adjourned to enable Mr. Sinha to take necessary

instructions from his clients.
