        The Court :- This is an execution application.

        The decree is dated August 5, 2024.

        The last order dated January 8, 2026 speaks for itself.

        Pursuant to the direction made by this Court, the decree holder had

served the copy of the said order along with the previous order dated

November 25, 2025 upon the police authority as directed therein.

        Affidavit of service filed in Court in this regard, is taken on record.

        Despite   service,    neither   the   judgment   debtor   is    present   or

represented, nor any report has arrived from the end of the police authority.

        The report of the office of the Sheriff dated February 17, 2026 states

as follows:



          "Sub: Execution of the Warrant of Arrest issued against the Award
          Debtor Md. Muklesur Rahaman; residing and/or carrying on
          business at the address mentioned in the warrant of arrest.
          Scheduled dated of production before the Hon'ble High Court at
          Calcutta: 17/02/2026

             Report:
             This   office    dispatched      the       warrant       related   documents      on
             09.01.2026 to the respective police Authorities and the sent
             materials were received by the Officer-in-Charge, Pukhuria Police
             Station,    Malda,      West   Bengal         on    14.01.2026      and     by   the
             Superintendent of Police, Malda District Police, West Bengal on
             13.01.2026.
             However, despite acceptance, no onward communication from the
             respective police authorities has ever been rendered till date.
             Hence, there is No Police Report to be produced before this Hon'ble
             Court."


          In view of the above, the Officer-in-Charge, Pukhuria Police

Station, Malda, West Bengal is directed to be present personally before this

Court to explain the situation in the light of the order dated January 8,

2026 passed by this Court and shall also file a report on the next day.

          The copy of today's order shall be served upon the concerned Officer-

in-Charge,       Pukhuria         Police    Station,            Malda      and    also    upon      the

jurisdictional Superintendent of Police, Malda along with a copy of last

order dated January 8, 2026.

          The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police, Malda shall also file a

report on the next day.

          The   matter       shall   appear     under           the    heading    "New        Chamber

Application" on March 10, 2026.
