The Court: This appeal is directed against a judgment and order

dated July 15, 2025, whereby the appellants' writ petition being

WPO/509/2025 was dismissed by a learned Judge of this Court.

We need to hear out the appeal.

Let the appellants prepare requisite number of informal paper-

books containing all papers that were available before the learned Single

Judge as also all papers filed in connection with this appeal.

All formalities are dispensed with.

Since the respondent is represented through learned Senior

Counsel, notice of appeal is deemed to be waived.

List the appeal for hearing on November 13, 2025, amongst first

three items under the heading "Residuary Appeals (Group-IX)".

The stay application stands disposed of.

However, a copy of the stay application be included in the informal

paper-book for the sake of reference.
