The Court:- On the last day Mr. Sanjay Kumar Paul, learned Advocate

appearing for the petitioner award-debtor placed reliance on a judgment

reported at (2024) SCC Online (SC) 522 in support of their contention that

when vital evidence is not looked into by the arbitral Tribunal, the award

becomes perverse.

Mr. Sabyasachi Choudhury, learned senior Advocate has dealt with

this judgment and submits that the evidences, the award-debtor has talked

about, are not at all vital and therefore even if they are not considered the

award passed by the Tribunal is sustainable in law.

Parties have concluded their submission.

Judgment stands reserved.
