dismissed by the judgment and order impugned in this appeal.

Mr. Bose, learned Senior Counsel representing the appellant, says

that hearing of this matter will take some time. Today being the

penultimate day before the summer vacation, Mr. Bose suggests that this

matter be listed one week after the summer vacation.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents,

does not object to the suggestion made by Mr. Bose.

List this matter once again on June 16, 2025, retaining its

position.
