Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the defendant has already filed

written statement in the suit. The plaintiff has filed two interlocutory

applications being GA/1/2021 for interim order and GA/4/2023 for judgment

upon admission.

It is submitted that pleadings have been completed in connection with

both the applications and prayed for fixing a date for hearing of the

applications.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the plaintiff, let the

matter appear on 21st April, 2025 at 2:00 pm for hearing of GA/1/2021 and

GA/4/2023 in CS/72/2021.
