       The Court : Leave is granted to learned advocate-on-record for the

petitioner to correct the name of the alleged contemnor no. 2 as mentioned in the

cause title of the contempt petition.

       Leave is also granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner to

add the Deputy Chief Engineer (North), Building Department, Kolkata Municipal

Corporation as respondent no. 3 in this contempt application. Let necessary

amendment be carried out by the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner in

the cause title of the contempt petition.

Let service of the contempt petition be effected on the respondents

including the added respondent and affidavit of service be filed in Court on the

next date.

Let a copy of the contempt petition be also made over to Mr. Gopal

Chandra Das, learned advocate who enters appearance on behalf of the alleged

contemnors.

Just for the purpose of record, this contempt application has been taken

out alleging wilful violation of a judgment and order dated December 18, 2023,

whereby APO/190/2023 was disposed of by us affirming the order of the learned

Single Judge and by extending the time for KMC to carry out the order by four

months.

List this matter four weeks (17.03.2025) hence.

We clarify the pendency of this application shall not stand in the way of the

alleged contemnors or KMC implementing the order of the learned Single Judge

as modified by us.
