The Court:- It is noted that this Court had issued a warrant of

arrest against Mr. Navneet Jain vide order dated 22nd July, 2022, the

same has not been complied with.

Let a fresh warrant of arrest be issued against Mr. Navneet Jain,

Sherpur House, Jagatnarayan Road, Phulwari, Patna, Bihar-800003.

Requisites to be deposited by the award holder at once.

The Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police

station as well as the Superintendent of Police having territorial

jurisdiction over the said area are directed to ensure due execution and

implementation of the said warrant in accordance with law.

Deputy Sheriff shall file a report.

Let this matter be listed on 26th February, 2026.
