1. The Court: Mr. Bari, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in

APOT/187/2025, submits that GA/1/2025 is defective and wishes to withdraw

the same with liberty to file the same afresh on the self same cause.

2. Hence, GA/1/2025, filed in APOT/187/2025, is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty reserved with the appellant as prayed for.

3. Insofar as APOT/121/2025 and OCOT/5/2025 are concerned, let the Advocate-

on-Record of Mr. P.S. Bhattacharyya, Senior Advocate, prepare informal paper

books duly paginated with index including all the pleadings and documents filed

before the First Court and serve copies of the same before the returnable date.

4. The Advocate-on-Record in APOT/121/2025 and OCOT/5/2025 may also file a

compilation along with a list of dates including all the relevant documents and

judgments used before the Trial Court, as deemed fit and proper and serve copies

of the same before the returnable date.
