4. The judgment debtor No. 2 is ready with the demand draft of Rs.

34 Lacs of Standard Chartered Bank, STS Pay Centre, Mumbai Branch.

5. The Counsel for the judgment Debtor No. 2 prays for a week's

time to pay the interest at the rate of 12 percent on the principal amount of

Rs. 34 Lacs.

6. Considering the submission made by the counsel for the

Judgment debtor No. 2, the judgment debtor is directed to deposit the said

demand draft before the Register General, Original Side, of this Court in the

course of the day and to deposit the interest at the rate of 12 percent in terms

of the decree passed by this Court by 24 th April, 2025.
