      The Court :- Inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated

22nd August, 2024 in recording the names of the learned Advocates appearing for

the plaintiff and defendant nos. 2 & 3.

      Let the names of Mr. Debasish De, Ms. Debanjana De for decree holder and

Mr. Somnath Gangopadhyay, Mr. Tanmay Chowdhury and Ms. R. Ghosh,

Advocates for the judgment debtors recorded in the order dated 22 nd August,

2024 be deleted and the names of Mr. Amitava Ghosh along with Mr. Sarathi

Dasgupta learned Advocates appearing for the plaintiff and Ms. Suparna

Mukherjee along with Mr. S. Ghosh, learned Advocates appearing for the

defendant nos. 2 & 3 be read in order dated 22 nd August, 2024 instead.

       The order dated 22nd August, 2024 is modified to the above extent and the

other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

       Mr. Amitava Ghosh, learned Advocate for the plaintiff-respondents, seeks

for extension of time to file affidavit-in-opposition.

Let such affidavit-in-opposition be filed within two weeks from date.

Affidavit in reply thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks of re-opening after puja

vacation.

List this matter on 19th November, 2024.
