Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated August 9, 2023 along with the judgment and order dated August 20, 2024 by which the review of the earlier order dated August 9, 2023 was dismissed.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors submits that, the contempt petition may be fixed for hearing in the monthly list of November 24, 2024 to enable the State to comply with the order.
