The Court:- This matter is placed at my instance.

It appears from the order dated 28.3.2024 that there is a

typographical mistake in paragraph 5 of the said order. In the course of quoting

the excerpts from the relevant decree it has mentioned that the cause of action

has arisen on "thirteenth day of July, 2007" which should be read as "thirtieth

July, 2007".

Necessary corrections be incorporated in the order dated 28th March,

2024 accordingly.

All other contents of the said order shall remain unchanged.

The application (GA) has already been disposed of.
