It is submitted on behalf of the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 3 that in

view of the order dated 4th December, 2023 there is extreme urgency in the

matter since warrants of arrest have been issued against the judgment-debtor

nos. 1 and 3.

Mr. Trivedi instructed by Mr. Bikash Kumar Singh has entered

appearance on behalf of the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 3 and undertakes to

file their Affidavit of Assets within a week from date.

In such circumstances, there shall be a stay of the warrants of arrest

insofar as the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 3 are concerned.

The award-holder is represented.

Let this matter appear as "To Be Mentioned" on 11th January, 2024.
