The Court : This is an execution application which has been assigned to

this Bench and is appearing for the first time.

The execution proceedings is in connection with an award dated 16th

December, 2019. The award debtor has already challenged the award by filing an

application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The

setting aside application has also been assigned before the Bench and is being

heard on regular basis.

Since assigned matters are taken up by this Bench only on Fridays, let

this matter remain in the list for the day as the setting aside application is also

appearing in the list but in the ordinary original civil division. In the event the

setting aside application cannot be taken up today then the setting aside

application being AP 156 of 2020 shall appear in the list on 2nd February, 2024.

The execution application will also appear in the list on 2nd February,

2024.
