The Court: This is an application for execution of an Award dated 24th

February, 2023. Advocate-on-record appearing for the award-holder submits

that the time for filing of the application for setting aside the award under

Section 34 of the Act has expired and no such application has been made to

the best of the knowledge of the award-holder. It is also submitted that the

award-holder is not aware of the assets of the award-debtors and hence, a

direction is required for the judgment-debtors to file their respective affidavits

of assets.

The award-debtors are, hence, directed to file their affidavits of assets in

the prescribed format of Appendix-E of Form No.16A of The Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908. The award-debtors shall file their respective affidavits of

assets within 16 weeks from date.

This order shall be communicated on the award-debtors within 72 hours.

List this matter after 16 weeks.
