THE COURT:- Learned Counsel for the decree-holder has submitted that his client has tried to serve the notice upon the judgment-debtor in its two addresses but the service was not complete in the sense that on both occasions it was found that 'door locked' 'intimation served' as per track reports. Learned Counsel has also submitted that for abundant precaution the decree-holder is ready to go for publication of the notice in the newspaper for substituted service.

In view of the above, decree-holder is to go for a publication of the notice in two newspapers out of which one should be made in English and another should be in vernacular.

List the matter on 29th February, 2024.
