The Court: Learned counsel for the award-debtors seeks a further week's

time to file the affidavit of asset of the award-debtor no.2. Also, the award debtor

no.1, who was supposed to be present in Court for the purpose of being

examined, is not present in Court today.

On the prayer of learned counsel for the award-debtors, as a last chance to

the award-debtors, the time for filing affidavit of asset by the award debtor no. 2

is extended for a week from date.

It is also made clear that the award-debtor no.1 shall be personally present

in Court on August 29, 2024, when the matter shall next be listed under the

same heading.

The warrant of arrest shall remain suspended till August 30, 2024 or until

further order, whichever is earlier. In the event the award-debtor no.1 does not

turn up for being examined and/or the affidavit of asset of the award-debtor no.2

is not filed on the next returnable date, appropriate orders shall be passed by

this Court.
