that there has been inadvertent mistake in prayer portion of column 10 of the

Tabular Statement. He seeks leave to file supplementary affidavit.

Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the decree holder is taken on

record.

Mr. Varun Kothari, learned advocate for the judgment debtor submits

that this Court does not have the jurisdiction to entertain the present

execution proceedings. Further there are material suppression in the

application. He seeks to file an application challenging the present execution

proceedings on such ground.
