In Re: WPCRC 176 of 2023

In view of the submissions made on behalf of

the alleged contemnor in WPCRC 176 of 2023 with

regard to the approval accorded for appointment of

the petitioner in WPA 5594 of 2016, this Court is of

the opinion that substantial compliance of the

judgment and order dated August 26, 2022 has been

made.

The personal appearance is dispensed with.

Therefore, the Rule is discharged.

Accordingly, WPCRC 176 of 2023 is disposed

of.

In Re: WPCRC 177 of 2023

It is submitted on behalf of the alleged

contemnor that there is no vacant post of 'Hostel

Warden'. However, there are posts vacant of 'Night

Guard/ Darwan' in which the authorities are willing

to appoint him. The petitioner in WPA 5549 of 2016

has evidenced the intention to work at any available

post.

In view of such submissions, this Court

records that substantial compliance of the order

dated August 26, 2022 is made. The

applicant/petitioner will be appointed in any of the

available post within 2 months from date.

The Rule is discharged.

Personal appearance is dispensed with.

Accordingly, WPCRC 177 of 2023 is disposed

of.
