The Court: The petitioner/award-holder relies on a judgment passed by

this Court on 1st September, 2023 whereby the impugned Award dated 14th

January, 2023 was stayed by giving liberty to the award-debtor (who was

before the Court in AP/265/2023) to furnish security to the extent of

approximately Rs. 18.21 crores by way of cash deposit and a bank guarantee.

The petitioner/award-debtor was to do the same within eight weeks from the

date of the judgment.

The award-holder (petitioner in the Execution Case) complains that the

award-debtor has not taken any steps in compliance of the direction till date.

Since eight weeks as directed by the Court will expire on 28th October,

2023, list this matter on 16th November, 2023 for the award-debtor to file an

affidavit of compliance with the direction passed by the Court. An advance copy

of the affidavit should be made over to the award-holder.
