The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the award-holder seeks an

injunction on bank accounts which have subsequently been disclosed by the

award-debtor. These bank accounts however are located outside the

jurisdiction of this Court.

The Court hence intends to decide whether orders can be passed

restraining operation of bank accounts which are located outside the

jurisdiction of this Court.

In the meantime, since counsel appearing for the award-holder submits

that transactions are continuing in respect of these bank accounts, the award-

holder is given leave to file an appropriate application to serve notices on the

beneficiaries/garnishees as the case may be.

List this matter on 24th November, 2023.

The presence of the Managing Director of the award-debtor is dispensed

with on the next occasion.
