None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is

pending in the list since 01.05.2023 and has been called on each

day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one

is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case.

Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

The petitioner has preferred this case to challenge the

judgment and order dated 24.03.2014 of Additional Sessions Judge,

10th Court, Alipore, Sourth 24 Pargans is under challenge in this

case. The petitioner was directed to provide the opposite party/wife

and to pay a monthly interim monetary relief to the tune of

Rs.2,500/-. Such order of the Magistrate was affirmed by the

Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No. 163 of 2013 vide

the order as mentioned above. According to the petitioner the

interim order suffers from gross illegality and non-application of

mind.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the

grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the

grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant

this Court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my

considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the criminal revision being CRR 856 of 2015 and

the interim application being CRAN 1 of 2015 (Old No. CRAN 826 of

2015) are dismissed.
