This matter has come at the instance of the respondents for correction of the judgment and order dated 25th April, 2023.

In the first page the name of the learned advocates representing the respondents should be read as "Mr. Bhaskar Ghosh, Adv and Mrs. Priyanka Jana, Adv", instead of "Ms. Bhaskar Ghosh, Adv and Mrs. Priyanka Jannas, Adv." In 2nd page of the said order in the Genealogical Table after Dipankar Roy the name of "Arpita Ghosh" shall be included in the same line. In the last sentence of page 3 of the said order the year should be read as "In 1954" instead of "In 1952".

In second paragraph of page 4 of the said order

In second paragraph of page 5 of the said order the date "17th November, 2006" shall be corrected as "7th November, 2006".

In first paragraph of page 10 of the said order instead of "Order 41 Rule 23", it should be read as "Order 41 Rule 27". In the following paragraph of page 10 of the said order the year "1941" shall

be substituted by "1954".

In second paragraph of page 12 of the said order the sentence "decree was passed on 12th July, 2020" should be read as "decree was passed on 12th July, 1920".

In last paragraph of page 13 of the said order the sentence "The power under Order 41 Rule 23" should be read as "The power under Order 41 Rule 27".

In page 14 in fresh paragraph the word "interfare" shall be substituted by the word "interfere".

The above corrections are made in the said judgment and order dated 25th April, 2023. Let the mistakes be corrected. Let the same be part and parcel of the order dated 25th April, 2023.

The other portions of the order dated 25th April, 2023 shall remain unaltered. The serve copy shall be corrected accordingly.

The department is directed to send down the lower court record immediately.
