                 the petitioner. He prayed for some accommodation in the

                 matter for the reason that, he has to rely upon certain

                 judgments and to get ready in the matter.

                 Government Pleader appeared for the respondent no.1.

represented, despite notice.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall appear
