Mr. Garai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of

the petitioner submits that subject matter of the present

writ petition is identical to the subject matter of the writ

petitions being numbered WPA 18906 of 2022 and WPA

28493 of 2022. The two writ petitions have been

reserved for judgment/order.

In such view of the matter, let the present writ

petition being WPA 4990 of 2023 appear in the

monthly list of June, 2023 under the same heading

"Motion".

All parties shall act on the serve copy of this order

duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
