The appeal is defective since 6th February, 2015.

However, considering the report filed by the Additional

Stamp Reported we direct the department to sent down

the certified copy of the judgment on appeal with a

direction upon the trial court to remove the defects as

pointed out by the Additional Stamp Reporter, viz. the

date of notification of folio and stamp and the date of

delivery of the requisite folios and stamps as there is

apparent discrepancies.

Head Copying Clerk, Civil Side, Copying

Department, Purulia shall immediately rectify the defects

and forward the certified copy duly corrected within two

weeks from date of communication of this order.

The department is directed to communicate this

order immediately to the First Court of Additional District

Judge, Purulia to ensure compliance of this order.

The matter shall be listed on 13th April, 2023.
