The aforesaid matter has been mentioned at the

instance of the petitioners and is appearing under the

heading "To Be Mentioned".

It appears that in the judgment and order dated

27th February, 2023, a typographical error has crept in at

page no.13, the writ application number has been

incorrectly recorded as WPA 4657 of 2018.

The same should be corrected to read as WPA 4656

of 2018.

Department is directed to incorporate the aforesaid

correction in the judgment and order dated 27th February,

2023.

The other portions of the aforesaid judgment and

order remain unaltered.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if

applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of

necessary formalities.
