the sole defendant has refused to accept service. The sole defendant remains

unrepresented even today. The sole defendant was unrepresented on 25th April,

2023.

This is an application, inter alia, for judgment upon admission filed by

the plaintiff which is taken up for hearing in the absence of the defendant for

the reasons aforesaid. Hearing, however, could not be concluded due to paucity

of time.

Orders".
