                    Mr. Majumdar, leaned senior advocate appearing on

              behalf of the petitioner submits   that the issue involved in

              this writ petition is covered in its favour by a recent

              judgment of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court and a copy of

              which has been handed over to Mr. Kundalia, learned

              advocate appearing for the respondents who will consider

the same.
