The Court: The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the judgment-

debtor seeks for an accommodation to pay a considerable amount and to

make full and final settlement towards the decretal amount.

The judgment-debtor is directed to pay Rs.11 lakhs more as part of

the decretal amount by 10th February, 2023. In default, the directors of the

company shall appear before the Court personally on the date fixed.

The matter will appear on 10th February, 2023.
