The Court: Mr. Motirul Malitya has bee produced in Court today. He has

deposed and submitted that he shall file his affidavit of assets in Form No.16A,

Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 within a period of four weeks.

Accordingly, he is directed to file affidavit of assets and serve a copy of

the same upon the Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner within a

period of four weeks from date.

Mr. Motirul Malitya is discharged from the custody of this Court and

warrant of arrest is kept in abeyance for the time being.

Examination of Mr. Motirul Malitya will take place six weeks hence. He

should be present in Court positively on the returnable date.
